I1 - Inward investment

Inward investments involve people outside of the UK deciding to make a large or a series of large commercial investments. This can include property but may also include factories, office development, establishing a business, relocating key people to run it and more.

Where the inward investment is to create employment of benefit to the economy of the area there are often both a lot of free help and in some areas grants towards achieving this. Areas may compete with each other and against other areas of Europe.

It is not our objective to duplicate what is available for free, or to become involved in financial or marketing business decisions. Where we can help perhaps is in helping to select a location, helping with the property finding and negotiating for both business and residential properties required.

Particularly attractive to US companies

Running alongside the H3 service, this is particularly attractive to USA based businesses looking at making their first move into Britain, as the director who runs the H3 service was for some time a director of a merchant bank based in the USA and has a great deal of experience in dealing with American companies as well as being a director and at one time undertaking company rescue operations for large UK companies. 

What it does give the business looking to start up a division within the UK is an experienced UK based director, who can find contacts, introduce you, show you around and soften any problem areas, as well as locating property, negotiating for you and locating ideal properties for key people.
