The range of service we have relate to either finding properties for you that represent a good buy and meet a specification we agree with you or are handholding services that empower you to do something relating to property.

Our services includes.

H3 - Finding property in the USA and UK

• H3 standard - the standard version of the property finding service , finding property in the USA or UK
• H3 KPP personal service using the skill and experience of Keith or MD
• H3 KPP Express Express version available to get at the task now, when availability allows this option.

H4 - Handholding service covering property acquisition etc overseas.

H5 -Handholding service covering property acquisition, buy to let etc in the UK

H6 - Handholding service for those involved in UK self build 

I1 - Inward investors service, mostly covering business investments or businesses moving to the UK, but can also look at UK businesses who want to get started in the USA.
