Your VIP Card

The concept of the VIP card.

The VIP card is a double sided plastic card the same dimensions as a credit card. It provides a single source of contact information for clients, in a robust and reliable way. The concept is that you should be able to carry within your wallet or top pocket a card that allows you to call the relevant person for advice as and when you need it. Particularly relevant to the handholding services but also to the H3 search situations where you may need to make contact with a buyer who is in another place, even another continent working with you to meet your property investment specification.

What does it look like

The front of the card is gold, with print on while the reverse is a white background with smaller print on.

This is quite different to our business cards which are printed on card and has more general contact information.

Keeping it up to date

If the card you have been issued previously  is not up to dater, at the start of any project you will be given the latest VIP card. If we revise the VIP card while a project is in hand, we will automatically send you a new VIP card.

Do you need another VIP card

If you loose your VIP card or just need another copy, perhaps to keep in another bag, wallet or suit, or where you have several decision makers that would be needing to call our key people in the field, then please ask. They are however only issued to clients who have live projects running. 

Please do not give away your VIP card, if you want business cards to give to others inquiring about our services we can supply you with these.

If you area current client on a live project you can call at any timer, you are not restricted to calling within business hours.
